After we were done in Ancient Egypt, we headed off to the Lost World Jurassic Park side but it started to rain and the rides were temporary suspended. We waited awhile and eventually got to try the Rapids Adventure ride – where we sat in circular rafts and experienced a white water raft which ended with a final drop (out of the Hydroelectric Plant as shown below.) The height wasn’t that high but it was rather dark inside the hydroelectric plant.

After going through New York City & Sci-Fi City we soon ended up in Ancient Egypt. There are two attractions here – Revenge of the Mummy & Treasure Hunters. We only tried the Revenge of the Mummy which is an indoor ride that goes rather fast with lots of sharp turns all in the dark. At the end of the ride we all thought that it was quite short even the family that was sitting in front of us thought so too. But anyways, this is one of the rides that is fun due to fast turns and reverses.

Nice decorations in this area. However, we didn’t see any characters in this area exceept for two guys later on that wore some Egyptian costume. :(
This was my first time visiting all of Universal Studios Singapore as the last time I went there it was because of the Adam Lambert Showcase (but only to the Pantages Theater). Anyways, I ran late to meet up with @fifioonana & @ViridianEchoes – Apologies haha. Decided to split the outing at USS to minimize the loading page for the pictures so here goes:

From VivoCity to Universal Studios Singapore
Okay, so this isn’t part of Universal Studios Singapore. But it was a photo taken at VivoCity before heading to USS.
Celebrated Mother’s Day/Birthday Dinner Today at Plaza Brasserie with my Family including Grandparents, Aunts and Cousins. Food and spread was great and it was a change from the last time we went there. No more Roti Pratas but now there is Seafood

Not too long ago I just finished my dinner at the Old Airport Road Food Centre. It was my first time there and the thing I ate was —-> a SGD 5.00 Bowl of Prawn Noodles from Albert Street Prawn Noodles (Since 1963) #01-93. With five dollars what I got was four big prawns. The days out actually started at 2PM when a few of us caught Toy Story 1 & 2 in 3D! lol. Then it was about 6PM that others joined in for the dinner. After our BBQ & Tze Char Dinner somewhere in Bugis, we then went to a nearby pool place for an hour.
Had Lunch today with my Mum & Grandma at City Square Mall (Singapore’s First Eco-Mall) which is directly connected to Farrer Park MRT station. We actually wanted to try out the Chinese restaurant there called – Pu Tien, but they were completely full of reservations. So we then decided to head up to the 5th floor (#05-02/06) to try the Japanese Foodstreet.
